Shipping
In order to return an order, it is mandatory to contact us first and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be included with the returned item. Please note that returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
The return can be mailed to our customer service centre, however, the shipping costs for the returned items will be your responsibility and we will not refund the shipping costs. It is important that you properly package the goods to ensure that they are not damaged during transit.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject a refund if the product has been damaged or used excessively beyond reasonable inspection. Additionally, please note that all refunds will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
